Creating with PRISM.
PRISM provides AI-assisted artwork with a managed PRISM address embedded in a QR pattern. These terms describe the artwork, destination management, analytics and credit service.
Your account and content
Use an email address you control. You must have permission to use uploaded images, brand material, and destinations. Do not submit unlawful content, credentials, private personal information, or material that infringes someone else’s rights. We can pause accounts that abuse free trials, payments, or the service.
Generation credits
A new verified email account receives three free generation credits once. One artwork job reserves one credit and includes up to three automatically refined candidates. We deliver the approved image. If a job fails, its credit returns to your account automatically. Provider generation costs are paid by the studio.
Purchased credits and unused monthly credits remain in your account without a scheduled expiry while the service operates. A Creator subscription adds ten credits each paid month. Cancel renewal through your account’s billing portal; cancellation does not remove existing credits. The checkout page confirms the price and billing interval before payment. Test mode does not collect real payments.
Artwork and destinations
New artwork encodes a managed PRISM redirect address. Publishing requires an approved art review and a current PRISM Scan Score of at least 85/100, including successful original and half-size checks. The score is a weighted software test of twelve conditions, not a prediction of the percentage of phones that will scan it. Scanning can still depend on print size, materials, lighting, camera, and reproduction. Keep a copy of your finished file and use suitable print settings. Paid access lets you change the final destination without changing or reprinting new PRISM artwork. Published redirects keep working after credits are consumed or a subscription is cancelled, while the service operates. Older artwork that directly embeds a website address remains fixed and needs a new generation to obtain destination management.
AI outputs can vary and may resemble other outputs. Review artwork before commercial use, including any likenesses, text, and brand details. The service does not promise exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights.
Analytics and saved collections
Analytics counts visits to redirect addresses and provides daily unique estimates, rather than identifying individual people. Shared links, privacy settings and unavailable referrers or locations affect these counts. Location collection is off by default; enable it only where appropriate for your audience. Free accounts include seven-day totals, one brand kit and three campaigns. A verified paid purchase unlocks destination editing, full analytics and twenty campaigns. An active Creator subscription includes ten brand kits and one hundred campaigns. Existing kits and campaigns remain saved after a downgrade; creation limits apply to new ones.
Payments and support
Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. PRISM does not receive your full card details. Failed artwork jobs return a generation credit; this is separate from a refund of a completed payment. For payment errors, refund requests, account access, or content removal, contact our support address below. Payment refunds or disputes may reverse associated credits, including a negative balance if those credits were already used.
Service changes
We may change the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email. Paid plans remain closed until the owner completes the business, delivery, and payment setup.
